Job Requirements:
- Employee must be dependable,
timely and willing to work with minimum supervision after the
initial training period
- Willingness to work as a team
member a must
- Must be able to lift over 75 lbs
- Good customer service is one of
the companies most valuable assets and requires employees to
have a clean appearance and to be cordial under all
circumstances
Duties:
- Receive furniture shipments from
manufacturer
- Process furniture to send out on
rental
- Load furniture on truck for
delivery
- Deliver furniture to rental
location
- Set up furniture at rental
location
- Pick-up furniture from rental
locations and return to warehouse
- Unload rental returns at
warehouse.
- Clean, detail and repair rental
returns
Wages:
- Starting pay during training
(first month) is $9.50 per hour
- With satisfactory performance,
after the first month of training, the pay increases to $11.00
per hour. Rate is negotiable for persons already having
experience in this industry. Rate is also negotiable for
qualified drivers with experience in this industry.
- Pay scale is reviewed thereafter
every three to six months.
- There is a significant pay
increase once an employee qualifies to be a driver and is
qualified to take full responsibility for the delivery, set-up
and pick-up of the furniture.
Drivers must be a
minimum of 21 years of age, must obtain a medical certificate,
submit to drug testing and must have a valid Utah drivers license.
Clean driving record a must.
